We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Very good initial response (Greg Simkins). However, at times there seemed to be a lack of communication within the team. This improved when Stephen Marsh took over.
