Part was damaged on delivery. The repairman was out very quickly and replaced the part. Also the communication on what was happening was excellent

Excellent purchase
1st condenser dryer to purchase and I'm glad I went candy.. the dryer itself is fantastic and for a busy house hold drying time is cut in half I also went with bigger drum..

Worse product I ever bought
No Hob and had to wait for 2 weeks for someone to come and fix it and it was 145 Euro to call out ....it was cheaper to buy a new one
