We are happy that you enjoyed your walking holiday on the Camino de Santiago, and would like to clarify and address some of the issues you had with our service. When traveling on the Camino with us, our accommodations are central or very close to the Camino. However upgrading to country cottages can at times take you away from the camino trail in which case we have a transfer system in operation, the client would call the guest house upon their arrival in the town. This would have been explained to you on booking your holiday with us and would also have been clearly stated in your walking notes. With regard to the hotel that was being renovated, unfortunately it had to close on very short notice and we tried to contact everyone by phone to make them aware however for you we could not get through. Finally, we apologise for the inconvenience caused with the misprint on the hotel voucher however as you had a rental car to drive from Santiago to Finisterre it made good sense that you brought your own luggage in that car. However if a case arose that the misprint caused you to leave your luggage to be collected then by all means we’d have gotten it to you in Finisterre.
