Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not true to size, same size was completely different between styles

Not true to size at all. Had to return all but one. Customer service has only replied to one of four emails. Out $80 for Customs and shipping it to return I won't see back.
