Sorry to hear this, it seems you did not research the product thoroughly despite their being a plethora of information online. At depth when recording if you are closer to the bottom you will see good detail. If you refer to the FishSpy facebook page and YouTube channel there are plenty of examples of footage from customers showing all types of water clarity, and at different times of year in various depths of water. Conditions obviously vary from lake to lake on a day-to-day basis, so it is disappointing that you did not stick it out with your FishSpy camera. We wish you all the best.
No problem in the past with items although this time it didn't work out at all. Delivery etc was fine, but the product wasn't. I have returned both items and am awaiting a refund.

That is a shame to hear. We tested your returned FishSpy and found it was working perfectly , and connected to several Apple devices with no issues at all. We concluded that you must have been doing something wrong. A quick phone call or read of our FAQ page (http://www.fishspy.com/support) would have undoubtedly helped you connect. It seems a bit harsh to rate the product as negative when the issue was not the product. We can confirm a refund is in progress under the FishSpy 30 day no-quibble pledge and will be on your card in a day or two. Hope we can be of service in the future.
