Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your account and can confirm that the postal charge to send your order to the USA did increase from £10 to £40. The charges passed on to our customers are at cost, we make no profit from carriage charges levied on us by the courier companies.
We emailed you on the 12th of September asking if you were happy to pay the extra for us to despatch your order. Up until this point we have not heard back from you, meaning that your order has not been despatched.
We have made a authorisation against your credit card for this order, but we will not take payment until the goods are despatcched.
