Badly let down by courier and then by next day delivery service so goods did not arrive in time. Poor communication.

I am sorry to hear that the couriers let us down, and we were unable to get the shoes delivered on time. I can see that you have been corresponding with a customer service advisor, and they have arranged for you to return the shoes for a refund. We will of course get these inspected upon return, and issue a full refund.
