Initially I had a problem with wrong item. This was remedied by Customer services who arranged collection of wrong item and delivery of new one next day. Excellent communication with Ceri.

Goods overpriced more than any other tackle outlet, even though they advertise that they wont be beaten on price.

With regard to your email to us regarding the price difference, we did reply and price matched this for you, and issued a refund of the £10 difference, the transaction for which you should be able to see in your PayPal account.
