Very slow delivery and no communication from delivery company. I had to phone Fishtec to enquirer about my order because the tracking said it was waiting for delivery for days.

I've learnt that the standard of service and product has not changed over the years I've shopped at Fishtec, As always it's first class product and prompt delivery.
Would certainly recommend and buy from them again. Goods arrive very quickly and if there is a problem (very rarely), it is quickly and amicably resolved.
Never had any problems with fishtec . I ordered over the easter bank holidays so didn't expect them to arrive to soon but they did arrive in good time. Packaging in good condition. Good comfortable...
