Easy process, email with tracking, emails about stage of order, nothing to complain about.
There was a two for one offer on the Fluor & Copoly, but initially only received one of each. Quick phone call and sorted with no hassle - missing items received next day, so all good.

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. We did speak to you and offer to upgrade you to a more expensive rod at no extra cost, but you declined this offer.

Ordered at 14:50 an was told I cut it too close to 3pm deadline for delivery. Wrecked a planned fishing trip. Not reliable

Please accept our apologies for the poor service. If orders are placed before 3pm, there should be no reason that you not receive the order the next day. It seems that there was an issue in dispatch, not with the time of your order and please accept our apologies once again. We did refund the delivery charge, and send some free fluorocarbon by way of apology and trust that you were pleased with your purchase.
