I am sorry to hear of the mix up. Our warehouse is generally very efficient but human error does occur from time to time. We will of course get this resolved for you.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the mix up. We do two TFG digi scales and it seems that the warehouse operator picked up the incorrect one. It was a simple error and we would have been more than happy to replace this for you but a refund has been issued as requested.

Clearly this Company are advertising items that they don’t have in stock and can’t source quickly. 6 weeks, 4 conflicting emails and a telephone call later and was given another delivery date a month...
