Easy to use website, good description of products. Postage prices always seem on the high side, particularly if you have to return product

Thank you for the feedback. All stores do of course have delivery and returns costs, they simply build these into the price they retail the goods at. If you are ordering a single item this is fine, but if you order several items in effect you are paying more for the delivery of the goods. We ensure that our pricing is transparent, however, and should the items not be suitable, simply return them and we will send an alternative at no extra charge to you. You can also purchase a return label at checkout for £1.25. which is the best value return you can get. If it is not used, you can also keep this for use against a future order should you then need to return an item.
