Site is not 100pct error free, but they listen and corrected errors I reported. I have no complaints about Orderpicking, Shipping and handling and learned that they try hard to get it done right.
Spoke to someone on the phone to make an order and was told it was better if I done it myself on line which I did

We are sorry to gear that the operator who answered your call was unable to help. I suspect that what you were advised was that our systems were currently down, so we could only manually take payment details and would have to charge you at a later date, or you could place the order online if you preferred. It is rare for this to be the case however, and I am sure that you will be able to order as usual in future.
