I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order, unfortunately, there were none on the shelf. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfill your order as requested and hope this has not discouraged you from ordering with us again in the future.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if you feel the postage is too expensive. We try to be transparent as we can with our postage and unlike other stores we choose not to build the postage into the cost of the goods. In effect, this would actually make the goods more expensive when ordering more than one item.
