We are sorry to hear of the late delivery, and the lack of reply to your emails. I have trawled our servers and regrettably cannot find any emails from this email address, so it would appear that we have never received them. I am unsure why messages are not coming through to us however, I have asked out IT team to look into this but we have had no other reports of this previously. I will arrange to refund the delivery charge however, this should be with you in the next few days. Regarding a free delivery on your next order, we would be happy to do this, however there is no way that we can arrange this if you order online. You would need to contact us first and place the order over the phone. Alternatively, you could place the order and pay postage, and then let us know and we will refund the delivery charge.
