I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. As the item has been discontinued, we had no option other than to issue a refund. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfil your order, and we fully appreciate your frustration.

You may well have been able to find the item with another supplier as clearly they still had this as an in stock item. We are unable to get hold of new stock from Shimano however.
