When I rang customer services the man was very unhelpful and quite abrupt.
This is the first time I have ever left poor feedback for a company.

Apologies for the lack of notification. You should have received an email advising of the delay, and we apologise that this was not the case. The operator who took your call has been spoken to regarding the way this was dealt with, and please do accept our sincere apologies.
The website was easy to negotiate, the product was a good price and it arrived the next day without my having asked or paid for 'special delivery'.
What more can I ask for?

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. We are awaiting delivery of new stock, and as soon as we receive the rod we will get this on to you.
