I received my order several weeks ago but was away on business so didn't open it until last night. I found one item, a pair of waders, was missing so rang Fishtec this morning, thinking I'd left it...
Delivery was very quick, but i didn't get a email to confirm my order or to let me know when arriving. Sadly my husband took the delivery which has spoilt my surprise for Christmas.
I have used Fishtec a number if times as they have a really good selection and customer service is excellent.
They always keep you informed of order process and are really quick to deliver.
