deilvery service useless goods went to wrong address even then only ofter i complained about non delivery, should get goods signed for. tried to return them but gave up when there was no paperwork as requested and then after weeks they asked me my address. i eventually gave them to a charity shop as i bought elsewhere as i was sick of waiting, in any case one pair was size 6 instead of 12

Sorry to hear of the problems you have had with the delivery. We have taken this up with our courier service. All of our returns information is on the reverse of the receipt that is supplied with orders. The reason we ask for your address is so that we can ensure we are looking at the correct person's order details.
