I'm sorry to see you had some difficulties receiving contact from us regarding your order. We'd like to make sure that all of the contact details you gave us are correct, specifically your email address, as this is how we would send you a confirmation email. If this was entered incorrectly at the time, that would also explain why you cannot log back in using the correct email address.

You would not have received tracking information regarding your order as it was dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class, which is not a tracked service. This information is specified in our delivery guide. They normally deliver within 1-2 days, and as I can see you have not reported to us any issues regarding the delivery of your goods, I assume you have received them and all is well. If not, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. 

I'm sorry to read that your order was not delivered in the time frame expected. The items were dispatched on time with Royal Mail 1st class which can take 1-2 working days to be delivered. Unfortunately no contact has been made with us regarding a return of your goods. Please call us on 01502 473 025 to discuss this and let us know the reason for the return.
