Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look through your communications with us and can see that initially you reported to us that you had ordered the wrong push button for your cistern. Our staff were extremely punctual in responding to you within half an hour of your email and provided you with a link to the button that has been known to be used with your cistern by other customers. You later contacted us to say it was not fitting and we offered to accept it back for a full refund. You were happy to proceed this way, but required further assistance on which button would be suitable. We advised another product code, and you declined this offer. We later said we unfortunately had no other alternatives to offer you and have had no communications since.

We are still more than happy to accept the push button back for a full refund and if this is something you wish to arrange, you can either send us an email or give us a call. All the best.

Hi Gary, thank you for your comments and I'm sorry to see we couldn't deliver the item in the time frame you expected. I would like to clarify that you did order this item on Friday Dec 23rd, meaning the next available working day for delivery was Weds 28th Dec due to Christmas and the bank holidays. This would've been made clear on our website and before the checkout process. I can see we did deliver the goods on the 28th as was advised.
