Many thanks for your feedback. I can see from your order notes, that what must have been taken by the dispatching location as a house name is in fact a place, meaning you provided no house number or road name on the order when placing.
Once Royal Mail return your parcel we will send out to you as you have since been in contact and provided the necessary information.
