Hi, we're very sorry to hear this. I've just checked the Royal Mail tracking reference relating to your order (this is in the shipping notification email we sent to you - please check your junk folder if it is not visible) and it says that delivery was attempted on 15th June, so a redelivery needs to be arranged with the local sorting office. Fab product. Rolls last ages and delivery was really quick.

Fantastic service. Despite all of the trouble getting hold of toilet roll the last few months, delivery was next day. Rolls last ages and the paper itself is lovely and soft.
