Budget Direct Insurance Reviews

Hi Lay Him, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that having a claim declined can be disappointing, particularly when you have taken the time to provide the supporting documents. Following our review, the claim was assessed based on the applicable policy terms and the supporting information provided, including the compensation received from the relevant service provider. As the amount already received exceeded the benefit payable under the policy, no further reimbursement was due. We regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. If you have any further enquiries about your claim, please call us 6221 2199 (Claims hotline) or email claims@budgetdirect.com.sg. Xinn Budget Direct Insurance 6221 2111 or help@budgetdirect.com.sg
