The low rating is simply to do with the fact that I cannot purchase the Rik Rak products from you that I wanted. In terms of service for the products you have I would give you 5 stars

We are so sorry that our stock of RIKRAK products has been low recently. It is very frustrating. The RIKRAK team are phasing out their main scent and bringing in a new range, which has meant that availability on the existing lines has been very limited.
