As a small business, we do our best to be transparent about international shipping policies. Due to Brexit, VAT is automatically removed when a delivery address outside the UK is selected, including Ireland. This results in additional customs duties or local taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations. We do include a notice at checkout stating: “For international orders, you will not pay VAT — the checkout will amend the prices in your basket. Please note: The recipient will be responsible for paying all duties/customs fees.” This information is also detailed in our terms and conditions, as well as on our delivery page.
