speedy service

was expecting 7-10days delivery but delivery company tried less that 2 days later and again after the bank holiday. loved the bag the yarn arrived in, will use it to gift the completed item.

Very unhappy with the packaging as the plastic bag was open and looked too small for the items inside. The net bag the wool was in was also open.not tied as in previous orders.
