Can't ship delicate needles without them getting damaged

I ordered several pairs of wooden circular knitting needles. The 2mm needles arrived snapped which I reported to Love Knitting. They sent a replacement pair, which were also snapped in transit. I...

Hi Marie, Thank you for your follow-up, I hope the warehouse will be able to resolve this issue. 2mm wooden needles are very delicate and definitely need to be packaged with care and consideration! Generally I find Love Knitting great to do business with so this was a shame. Sarah
