One super important thing that I completely forget is about the class. Some of them are too small and not very well-furnished with little amphitheater chairs in bad states. That is one of the only deception that I had but I think that it is really important to learn in good condition even more when the website describe the "24 spacious, comfortable classrooms" in the school. It's cause me pain in my back and I really hope that this point is going to fixed in the near future.

I want to change my class but the school didn't let me to change it,I think so disappointed with this school,because I can't choose the most suitable class for myself even I am the consumer.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service received at our school.

As you know all our students take a level test on their first day and we take great care to place all students in a class of the appropriate English level. We encourage students to give us feedback about their class and teacher, but I hope you can understand that it's not simply possible to change a class on a students request. We have a formal procedure for changing class where your level and complaint is assessed by our Course Manager together with your teacher to ensure any changes made would be to your benefit. I understand our Course Manager was trying to resolve your complaint with you, but unfortunately you decided to leave the school early.
