Do friendly and efficient
Very welcoming when I arrived and as it was just a health check for my van, I was asked to wait and I was offered coffee.
The check up didn't take long and I was soon on my way.

It took 4 separate bookings over 3 months to get a new key which should have been provided when the car was sold. Disorganised and unacceptable.
