We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience.
Unfortunately, as we only had one car in stock which met your requirements and time schedule, we were unable to offer a choice of vehicles other than placing a factory order for which we could not give an exact delivery date.
We offer a detailed handover for every customer but, should any questions come up once the car has been driven for a while, we welcome customers to get in touch so we can help them get the full benefit of their vehicle features. Your sales executive has already called to discuss the issues raised, so please do get back in touch if you would like to arrange a time to come back in.
