Difficult times so 4 not 5 stars.
Due to Covid restrictions this was not as good as when we bought our last VW but I guiess it was as good as could be expected.

Easy to deal with during pandemic /phone & email interation prompt & easy.
Yes - I purchased a VW used vehicle from them. It was easy to interact via phone & email during covid and click & collect procedure was efficient and safe.
