In line with our remote selling practices, video presentations were provided for you to view, prior to purchase. Unfortunately, these did not pick up an issue on the bodywork which became visible when it was on the low loader – we recognise this and have adjusted our processes to avoid repetition.All customers have the right to reject a vehicle on delivery and receive an unchallenged refund. Our Head of Sales spoke with you, apologised and a refund was given the same day. We’re sorry you are unsatisfied with our response.
