“Thank you for taking time to leave feedback following your stay at Authors’ Retreat . The mattress has been turned and we will be monitoring further feedback though as yet no other guests have found it uncomfortable. The four flights of stairs are very short (only six steps each) and there is a light switch on the ground floor in the hallway (occasionally obscured by coats).
