I am glad that you enjoyed your recent stay at our home in the Welsh hills and found it well equipped and supplied. I can only apologise that due to a very busy season and back to back bookings, I had not had an opportunity to get a thorough deep clean done. I appreciate your comments on the matter and am in the process of arranging a 'spring' clean throughout.
I understand your comment on the toilets, but can assure you that these are thoroughly cleaned before each new visitor. Unfortunately the use of bleach is not an option due to our location which requires the private drainage system. I appreciate that this does sometimes cause a build up of limescale which we make every effort to keep to a minimum using cleaning products that do not upset the balance of the system.
