We sent photographs to show our findings, if the cottage has since been cleaned then we are pleased that it has been improved for future customers, but feel that you have made an implication that we are somehow in the wrong here. We have no reason to not show the truth, our holiday costing a reasonable amount was spoiled and we now feel personally insulted. Please do not send any further communication to us, we do not wish to use this company again.

We as Booking Agents inspected Berllan Barn on Tuesday 24th November 2015 and found all the rooms and bathrooms to have a high standard of cleanliness and did not smell strongly of anything. The owner has one elderly cat which does not enter the property and pets have never been allowed at Berllan Barn.
