"I am sorry that you did not have the best experience at our lodge. It is a shame that when you rang me to say that you were leaving, the two times I asked if everything was ok, you said no problem, and that you just had an allergy.
We have never had a problem with people thinking the lodge is unclean, in fact we often get comments on how clean and lovely it is, and many of our guests have been more than once.
I think it is fair to say that staying in a very rural area, right next to open fields and a pond, your allergy could have been caused by many different things"
