Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Llwyn-y-Neuadd which we have shared with the owners. Please see below the response from the owners:-
"Thank you for your review of your stay at Llwyn y Neuadd. We will take on board your comments so that we can improve the quality of our visitors experience when staying at the cottage but would like to respond to some of your statements for the benefit of all parties involved. We have discussed the cleanliness of the cottage with our caretakers and they are adamant that they cleaned the cottage during the week before your visit to the very high standards that we and Brecon Cottages require. We have successfully rented out the cottage through Brecon Cottages for over ten years and have had no similar comments. Our Caretaker responded to the issue with the heating on the first day of your visit within fifteen minutes of your call and the heating was restored soon after with a visit. If you had concerns with the cleanliness this may have been the opportunity to point it out. We understand that the initial impact of a holiday rental is very important and we would like to apologise for the issues that you found when you arrived at Llwyn y Neuadd and we are putting in place a plan to reduce the risk of similar events happening again."
