Contact is terrible. Impossible to get resolution.

I was owed a credit from Breakfree. I booked a holiday which came to half of the credit. I emailed Breakfree about it and haven't heard back in over a week about the outstanding credit owed to me.

unable to fit all of my address in, would not except the county
