had to pay £30 for dog to stay when it was a pamper your pooch…

had to pay £30 for dog to stay when it was a pamper your pooch week. BreakFree and park resorts both failed to refund our money which meant our holiday was more expensive than it should have been.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to refund your money. Park Resorts have offered Pets Go Free breaks this year but these are only available when booking full price holidays. Your booking was made through one of our great value newspaper promotions and our terms state that pets cannot be booked within these promotions. We advise pet owners to contact their chosen park before booking, to ensure that pets are allowed on park and to check the additional cost of bringing their pet on holiday. This charge will then be invoiced separately by the holiday park. BreakFree Holidays
