Booking process is good, but accommodation is not always as expected

Not all accommodation is as expected. Also seems that taking my disabled Mum can be a problem as units with easy access are charged at a higher rate by holiday companies once it is booked and paid for. Also we have found that if there is an owners special event or birthday parties etc.,they take priority and we end up with a lower grade or not up to standard caravan.
