In order to maintain the great value prices offered in our newspaper promotions, BreakFree Holidays has to apply terms to them, which customers sign up to when they book with us. One of these terms is that we are unable to make amendments once you have received your booking confirmation from us. Some holiday parks may be prepared to amend the date of bookings if you contact them directly, however this is entirely at their own discretion, and [park operator] will apply their own procedure on this. We always try to accommodate all customer booking requests although we highlight in our Terms and Conditions that promotional bookings cannot be changed or refunded once booked.
