I have no issue with Bradshaw. Their courier(Evri), however, lost the package and didn't appear to have bothered to look for it. Bradshaw sent a replacement by a different courier. Without the Evri...
I have used Bradshaws for more ponds at different houses in the past. They are my first choice for pond equipment and, if you need advice, they are very helpful.
