No slot for the stabiliser bar in one the stiles. It was less of a hassle to cut one in rather than to re-pack and return it! Without that problem I would rate it 'excellent'.

The white coating had a manufacturing blemish and in my eyes should not have been machined to use for the hatch, a bit late to bother complaining after it has been delivered, just a quality control...

It's a great product. Lightweight and easy to use. Assembly and dismantling is pretty quick. It's also easy to move around.

I haven't used them yet but they look ok.

Have concerns about the safety aspects of getting the ladder down and back into the loft. Husband has already injured his arm when the ladder did not position correctly when being let down.
