Poor next day delivery

Unfortunately, although we paid for next day delivery the order arrived over 2 separate days. Thjs had a big impact on organising our move.

Firstly I'm sorry to hear the delivery was late. Unfortunately this does sometimes happen; not often but occasionally. I have refunded the charge made for the pre 12 delivery. With regards the boxes, their sizes are clearly displayed on the website so I'm not sure what you were expecting. There's a fine line though between too small to do the job and too big to pick up when full. Your comments are nevertheless noted and we will keep an eye out for similar feedback.
