Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Only 9 boxes out of 10 ordered. 4/9 are single skin. Not sold as described. Order not fulfilled. 44.4% were not what I paid for.

Hi Adam, Thank you for the feedback. We have certainly not had any issues with the Removal Boxes Strength to date. They may look very similar, however it's likely that once the thinner boxes are full and stacked on top of each other they will crumple and fail. Having an extra 1.5mm and Double Walled will make a difference i'm sure. We are sorry you experienced issues with the Courier & Delivery. Unfortunately this is very much out of our control, however we do our best to help in the event of any rare issues with items being delivered. Kind Regards,

I expect to be moving on Friday. Today's Monday. let's examine some legal terms with this contract: Breach of contract: It's one thing to sell 10 double skin boxes but completely another to deliver one less than ordered. Fraud: It's one thing to sell double skin boxes but completely another to deliver single skin boxes instead and not inform the customer. To then send 9 instead of 10boxes and 4 of which are single skin mixed with the other 5 double skin boxes in the hope nobody notices is deceitful. This whole transaction is a breach of contract on your part. So please tell me what you are going to do to rectify this situation in time for our house move? Remember, today is Monday 14 March. We expect to begin moving on Friday evening... tick tock. tick tock.

Hi Bernadette, We are sorry you had a delayed delivery. Unfortunately the courier service is very much out of our control. We do everything possible our end to get parcels out to our customers quickly, however the delivery companies are all experiencing some delays due to the time of year. We have stated this on our Delivery page of our website so not quite sure what else we can do. The majority of our parcels make it next day, but there are sometimes the odd exception.
