Boxes for Moving Home Reviews

Not sure what to say. All I can say is we've been around since 2003 and always only ever supplied industry standard size and strength removal boxes. We've never supplied single wall boxes and if anything erred on the side of caution with regards thickness. They're all BC flute (6.5mm thick) and used by hundreds of removal companies all over the country. I notice you only ordered the large boxes and on our call mentioned you were using them to pack up your kitchen stuff. In which case I can understand if the boxes struggled to cope with the load. We advise customers to use the smaller boxes for the heavy stuff. I'm genuinely sorry you were disappointed. Good luck with the rest of your move.

Sorry to hear one was missing. Equally, sorry to hear they were slightly stuck together. In way of explanation (and not an excuse) they are machine batched in 10s and very occasionally the machine gets it wrong. We do ask the warehouse to quickly count and check but again (very occasionally) we humans also get it wrong. Sorry again :-( Please let us know if either you (or anyone you know) needs boxes in future and we'll arrange a 20% discount to show you the machine and us humans don't always get it wrong!

Firstly I'm sorry to hear your boxes didn't arrive in time. Unfortunately, due to their size, some parcels have to be manually sorted through the courier network, resulting in the occasional error and subsequent delay, which is why we can't guarantee next day delivery. 90% arrive next day but we try to encourage customers to leave a little extra time for delivery. At least then we can rectify the rare delay without too much stress. Until now too I was unaware the order had been cancelled. The refund is usually raised once we the goods arrive back at our warehouse but in the interest of good will I will issue you it now. Apologies again for the trouble.
