Boxes for Moving Home Reviews

Firstly thanks for taking the time to review. I know the courier had some difficulty locating the address and I'm sorry for the delay. I'm sorry too to hear you were so disappointed with the boxes. As I said on our call, we only supply double wall industry standard size and strength boxes which is why your feedback is concerning. I hope it is a one off but we will certainly keep an eye out for similar comments. I was glad though to hear you tell me on our cal how impressed you were with the customer service. I just wish you had mentioned it in the review too! Good luck with the move.

Thanks for the review. I'm sorry for the split delivery. I'ts the one part of the service that occasionally still frustrates us. They call it the last mile. Annoyingly It's also the most important! We do our best to keep an eye on everything but every so often one does fall through the net. I'm glad you finally go the boxes and were happy with the product. Good luck with the rest of your move.
