Boxes for Moving Home Reviews

To be clear, two orders were placed. The first order was received on the 4th August. The second order was shipped on the 25th August. We received an email on the 29th August about the purported damage to both sets of boxes. Because we received the email within a reasonable time after the second delivery, along with photos supporting the damage, we were able to refund the second set of boxes. I hasten to add we may not have raised a full refund if we'd known that we could not collect the damaged boxes because you'd managed to use them. As I said in my email to you, if we had been notified about the damage to the first set of boxes earlier, with photos, before you'd used them, we would have been able to send replacements. After all, items do occasionally get damaged in transit. It's common practice though to notify a business about the damage as soon as possible. Anything less is open to abuse. One final comment, if the boxes were so awful, why place a second order without calling to discuss the damage to the first set of boxes?
