Whilst we do have to fold the larger boxes so they comply with the courier's volumetric restrictions, it shouldn't affect the integrity of the box. It may be that the packer folded them incorrectly on this occasion. In which case I'm sorry. I have refunded the delivery charge to compensate you for the disappointment. Small consolation but hopefully an indication that we care.

Not sure I completely understand what you mean here. I can grasp that you were disappointed with the quality of the boxes. For that I'm sorry. I would have liked to have learned a little more about the issue to find out whether or not the boxes had been compromised in some way but you were reluctant to talk when I called. I'm genuinely sorry you were disappointed.
